Setup
The Setup section lets you add, manage, and view elements unique to your organization and is divided into three sections.
The top level controls are for:

People - View details for the Users and Groups associated with your CASB service

Connected Apps - View and manage your Connected Cloud Applications
The Policy Lists section provides controls that allow you to create and manage specific lists that you can then use when defining CASB rules:
