Connected Apps

Manage the cloud applications connected to your CASB service in the Connected Apps section. Add or remove connected apps and view connectivity status and other details for your connected apps.

Connect a Cloud App

  1. Click on Add Application

  2. To complete the process, follow the instructions in the onboarding guide provided on the configuration page

Once connected, the application displays as on a card in the main panel.

Reading a Cloud App's Main Details

The default view of the app card provides the following details.

  • Corporate Logo

  • Connectivity status (Pending Initial Connection, Connected, Connection Error, or Disabled.)

  • Initial connection date (Since Month, Day, Year, GMT Time)

  • Instance name

View Additional Cloud App Details

Click the down arrow on the app card to view these additional details:

  • Provider UID

  • Was added on

  • Active Users

  • Activities

  • Configuration

Disconnect a Cloud App

To remove and disconnect a cloud application:

  1. Locate the app you want to disconnect

  2. Click the options menu on the app’s card

  3. Click Remove and Disconnect

The app is disconnected, and its setup details are permanently deleted.
