Locations

Define and manage lists of Countries unique to your organization in the Locations section. Once added, your Countries lists display as items you can select when creating relevant rules.

You can Export and Import a list with its values. When importing a list, make sure it matches the list type.

 

Import a Countries List

  1. Click the Dropdown Menu next to Add List

  2. Select Import List

  3. Drag and drop your properly formatted .json file into the section

  4. Or click Browse and select the .json file

  5. Click Add

Manually Create a Countries List

  1. Click Add List

    1. Enter the List Name

    2. Select the Type (Trusted or Risky)

    3. Enter a Description for the List

    4. Click Save

    5. Your new list displays in the left hand menu

  1. Next, you will add Countries to your newly created list:

    1. Click Add Country

    2. The Select Countries section displays

    3. Locate the countries you want to add by scrolling the list or by entering search terms in the search bar to locate countries

    4. Select the checkbox next to each country you want to include

    5. Click Add

Add Countries to a List

  1. Select the List from the left hand menu

  2. Click Add Country

  3. The Select Countries section displays

  4. Locate the countries you want to add by scrolling the list or by entering search terms in the search bar to locate countries

  5. Select the checkbox next to each country you want to include

  6. Click Add

Delete Countries from a List

  1. Select the List from the left hand menu

  2. Hover your cursor over the country you want to delete and click its trash can icon

  3. Or select the checkboxes for all countries you want to delete and click Delete

 

After a list is created, you can use the controls in the list’s options menu to:

  • Edit a list’s Name, Type, and Description

  • Duplicate a list

  • Export a list

  • Delete a list
