DSPM Release Notes: December 19, 2025
Teams Site View Supports Azure Sidecar
The site-level view for Microsoft Teams now supports Teams accounts with Azure sidecar.
What’s New
You can now view aggregated site-level insights, including:
- Classification summaries
- Site-level access details
- Scanned vs. unscanned file counts
- Site type, parent site name, and full site path
SharePoint Subsites: Discovery and Scanning
SharePoint scan coverage has been expanded to include Sharepoint subsites in addition to root (top-level) sites. You can now discover and scan all files and folders within sites and their subsites for sensitive data, permissions, risks, and MIP labels.
What’s New
- Automatic discovery of all subsites during cloud and data scans.
- “Scan Now” includes both root sites and subsites, no full rescan needed.
- The following screens now show subsite context in new Site Type (Root/Subsite), Root Site, and Site Path columns:
- Files (previously called Inventory)
- Sites
- Impacted Files
- These screens also contain new Site Type, Root Site, and Site Path filters.
- Updated metrics and risk evaluations now aggregate across subsites for complete visibility.
File-Level Risk Acceptance
Managing risks for large unstructured data often involves reviewing thousands of impacted files. You can now accept risks at the file level, which lets you temporarily hide benign files while focusing on those that truly need attention.
What’s New
- File-level actions: Mark files as Accepted (ignored) or revert them to Discovered.
- Bulk operations: Accept or Unaccept multiple files in one click.
- Smart filters and exports: Quickly view accepted or unaccepted files and download filtered reports.
- Full audit trail: Every action is tracked in Audit Logs for transparency and compliance.
