Shadow AI Apps: highlights AI applications that are not sanctioned or formally approved, along with the potential risk of unmanaged data exposure.
The following widgets are available:

AI Risk Exposure via Shadow AI: shows risk exposure from
unapproved AI apps, providing visibility into the number of prompts submitted and the number of users who submitted prompts.

Shadow AI Data Usage Risk: Lets you review the types of sensitive data submitted to unauthorized AI tools and associated exposure risk.
To access Shadow AI Activity, from Data Security for AI app, select Dashboard and select the Shadow AI Activity tab.
AI Risk Exposure via Shadow AI
AI Risk Exposure via Shadow AI widget shows risk exposure from unapproved AI apps, providing visibility into the number of prompts submitted and the number of users who submitted prompts.
Additional details are available for each user and incident. You can also tag incidents for reference and follow-up.
You can use this widget to help you answer questions such as:

How many sensitive prompts have been submitted to shadow AI applications?

How many unique users are driving shadow AI risk?

Which shadow AI apps generate the highest number of incidents?

Which users or teams require follow-up due to repeated risky behavior?

What incidents require tagging, investigation, or remediation?
Shadow AI Data Usage Risk
Shadow AI Data Usage Risk widget lets you review the types of sensitive data submitted to unauthorized AI tools and associated exposure risk.
The widget shows the trend indicating the activity of the user.
You can use this widget to help you answer questions such as:

What types of sensitive data are being submitted to unauthorized AI tools?

Which data classifications represent the highest exposure risk?

Are sensitive prompts or file uploads the primary source of exposure?

Is sensitive data usage within shadow AI increasing or decreasing?
