Proofpoint Data Security contains a dedicated Data Security Workbench application that is designed to allow security Analysts to conduct security investigations and incident triage. Data Security Workbench application unifies security activities from all Data Security products and provides a single pane of glass for running security investigations across channels (cloud, endpoint, and email).

Here are some of the features included:

• My Dashboard: Provides you with a quick look at what is happening on your endpoints by region over time period that you select. You can choose the widgets you want to display.

• Data Security Workbench - Explorations: Lets you explore data and further filter it to display what you want to follow. Using data explorations, you can search for risky behaviors and activities.

• Alerts: Proofpoint ITM alerts, let you monitor and investigate suspicious activity within your organization. Proofpoint Cloud DLP can alert you when Data, Access, App Governance or Configuration and Security Posture rules fire.

• Bulk Actions on Activities: Lets you perform the same action on multiple activities in the Explorations and Alerts views. Bulk actions are available whenever you select more than one activity.
