The Proofpoint Information and Cloud Security Platform contains a dedicated Analytics application that is designed to allow security Analysts to conduct security investigations and incident triage. Analytics unifies security activities from all Information and Cloud Security Platform products and provides a single pane of glass for running security investigations across channels (cloud, endpoint, and email).

Here are some of the features included:

• Dashboard: Provides you with a quick look at what is happening on your endpoints by region over time period that you select. You can chose the widgets you want to display.

• Explorations: Lets you explore data and further filter it to display what you want to follow. Using data explorations, you can search for risky behaviors and activities

• Proofpoint CASB Analytics Overview: Proofpoint CASB Analytics Overview The Analytics application includes Proofpoint CASB Analytics that provide new capabilities for exploring and investigating cloud activities and events including:

  • Advanced event filtering and grouping

  • A user timeline for effective investigations

  • Flexible custom explorations that can be saved and run at a later time

  • Custom tags for labeling important events

• Alerts: Proofpoint ITM alerts, let you monitor and investigate suspicious activity within your organization. Proofpoint CASB can alert you when Data, Access, App Governance or Configuration and Security Posture rules fire.
