Entitlements
Entitlements are what your organization has purchased. Depending on your organization, your account is configured for ITM, Endpoint DLP, CASB, UIM or a mixed mode of these solutions.
In order to know exactly how your account is configured, review the entitlements. To see the entitlements, from the Proofpoint Information and Cloud Security Platform, select the Administration app. Select Settings.
Each account is configured for
-
number of users licensed per product
-
average activity per user per day
-
visual storage capacity (ITM)
-
retention for each product
-
status of each product entitlement, Active or Expired
In this example, you can see that your entitlement is for 100 ITM users and 900 Endpoint DLP users. Maximum retention is set for 30 days for ITM and Endpoint DLP and 366 days for UIM.
