Windows Agents

In addition to the standard English version, the following localized Windows versions are supported:

  • Traditional and Simplified Chinese - From version 4.0

  • Czech - From version 5.2

  • Slovak - From version 5.2

  • Hungarian - From version 5.2

  • Swedish - From version 5.2

  • Thai - From version 5.2

Win Agent 4.3.4 has been certified to support the following additional languages: Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Swedish, and Thai.

Mac Agents

In addition to the standard English version, the following localized Mac version is supported:

  • Japanese

  • Spanish (Spain)

  • Portuguese (Brazil)

  • Italian (from 5.1.0)

From Mac version 4.4.4 and 5.3.0 when available:

  • Chinese (Simplified)

  • Chinese (Traditional)

  • French

  • German

  • Korean

  • Czech

  • Spanish (Mexico)

  • Hungarian

  • Polish

  • Slovak

  • Thai

  • Swedish

The languages listed above apply only to those for which the Windows and Mac agents have been certified to operate as part of OS-localized language support.
