External screenshot storage adds an extra layer of privacy and security by letting you store screenshots in your own cloud storage environment.
Proofpoint does not store screenshots on behalf of customers; customers are solely responsible for storing, retaining, and securing these screenshots in accordance with their own policies and applicable requirements.
This feature is enabled at the Realm level by turning on Enable External Screenshot in the Recording area of the Advanced Settings in the Agent Realm.
AWS is supported for external storage.
