Who are the account providers for your data stores?
To view the new Dashboard, click your profile icon. In the New UI section, turn on the Dashboards toggle.
View your data stores by account provider (Sharepoint, AWS, GCP, etc.). You can view this information by:
- Data Stores
- The list shows the number of data stores discovered for each account provider and the percentage of your data stores that belong to this provider.
- The circle is divided into your account providers. Hover over a section of the circle to view the data store count for a provider.
- Click one of the providers (or a section of the circle) to view the data stores for the provider (on the Data Stores page).
- Click View All to view all data stores (on the Data Stores tab).
- Monetary Value
- Monetary value of the data stores discovered for each account provider. This represents the financial impact if the data was lost, stolen, or compromised.
- The circle is divided into your account providers. Hover over a section of the circle to view the monetary value of data stores for a provider.
- Click one of the providers (or a section of the circle) to view the data stores for the provider (on the Data Stores page).
- Click View All to view all data stores (on the Data Stores tab).
