Authenticators (OAuth Token)
Authenticators are OAuth Tokens that you create for Webhook notifications as additional security. (See Using Webhooks in Notification Policies.)
Generating OAuth Tokens for Generic Webhook
New OAuth tokens are added in Integration Settings. An OAuth token is identified in Kind as an External Authenticator.
From Administration application, select Integrations > Integration Settings.
To add a new setting:

Click New Setting.

In Integration Settings, select authenticator from Integration Type dropdown.

Provide an Alias and select the Region.

Additional information is then requested.

Kind is set to External Authenticator.

In the Credentials Template area, add the clientid, clientSecret and issuer.
