People
When you connect a cloud service, CASB pulls the user and user groups from the cloud service and populates them in the People section of the app. The initial synchronization takes place shortly after the app is first connected. This information is synchronized periodically, and changes may take up 12 hours to be reflected in the CASB app.
This section can help you understand what groups are available when creating rules. It can also help you identify if a specific user is a member of a group referenced by a rule.

This section provides two tabs: Users and Groups.
The people section is only for visibility purposes. All Adding, Editing, and Deleting of Users and Groups should be performed in your cloud service.
Users
The Users tab provides details for all users associated with your CASB service. A scrollable, searchable list of all Users is located to the left.
View a User's Information

Click on the User’s name

The following user information displays in the main panel:

Details (Full name and phone number)

Identities (Associated email addresses)

Group Membership (Associated User Groups)

Groups
The Groups tab provides details for all User Groups associated with your CASB service. A scrollable, searchable list of all User Groups is located to the left. It lists all available user groups, provides information and a list of all users included in each group.
